The place is fairly clean, the room is new-fashioned, the staff is exceptionally pleasant and very pleasant. There is a huge variety of excellent food for breakfast. The hotel is set in an excellent and lovely location close to surrounding shops. Thanks guys for the service!

It was fairly clean and the staff were helpful, beds were good. Quiet location, Lanzarote airport was 0.5 km away. The hotel was a brilliant base for enjoying a very nice area. Tbh, had a very enjoyable stay on holidays.

It was fairly clean, everyone was fairly friendly and amazingly nice. The rooms they have were nicely refurbished and new-fashioned with a bedroom, nice big terraces, a balcony. The location was excellent - very close to beaches, bars and restaurants, and miniclub for kids. I went to nearby Magna Hungaria and tried their local food.

The apartment had all we needed, including amazing bathroom. The location was incredible to the restaurants on the strip and the staff here was immensely pleasant and very pleasant. A cool bonus was Cafe Modern One, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.
The staff were kind of rude, didn't expect that coming.

Loved to spend 7 days in our new-fashioned apartment with bedroom, kitchen, for instance. The breakfast food was lovely and reasonably-priced. The location for Puerto del Carmen was excellent and lovely, very close to the restaurant, Lanzarote, and bars and restaurants. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and very pleasant all day long.

Everything was fantastic, including exceptional staff. The location was incredible, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Los Pocillos Beach. It was also so close to the waterfront in 10 to 15 minutes as well as the restaurants. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and it was great having central heating, an electronic key card and tea/coffee making equipment.
